What are my storage limits and what if I go over them?

Your plan's storage limits can be found in your Team admin section in elevate.io. With a paid plan, you can easily purchase additional storage. If Autoscale is enabled (see Autoscale option under Team settings), your storage automatically upgrades to the next storage band once you exceed your limit, ensuring seamless media uploads. You can disable Autoscale at any time if you prefer to manage your storage manually.

Does the price include taxes or VAT?

All pricing is inclusive of any relevant taxes such as regional sales taxes or VAT. These items will be explicitly shown on the purchase invoice.

If I add a Seat part way through the month, how will billing work?
